All Distances will Start/Finish from Mornington Park
21.1km – 7.15am (Rego Close 7am)
10km (Goodlife) - 7:45am (Rego Close 7:30am)
5km – 8:00am (Rego Close 7:45am)
1km (under 10 only) 10.15am (approx)

MEDALS
Every finisher receives a medal + FREE DONUT
AWARDS & SPOT PRIZES
1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishes, male and female, in each category will receive a trophy.
5km - Junior (age 16 and less), Open (17-44) and Veteran ( 45+).
10km - Junior (age 16 and less), Open (17-44) and Veteran ( 45+).
21km - Open (17-44) and Veteran ( 45+).
Kids Race – No Awards. Each child will receive a medal and spot prizes available
START AND FINISH LINE
Start and Finish Line will all be located at Mornington Park, Schnapper Point Mornington. Warm up and Race briefing will commence 10mins prior to starting time for each event near the start line
MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE
21.1km Half Marathon – 16 years or older on Sunday, 20thSeptember 2020
10km Fun Run/Walk - 8 years or older on Sunday, 20th September 2020
5km Fun Run/walk – No minimum ages
1km Kids run – maximum age 10years (We encourage Dads/Mums to Run with Kids)
ONLINE ENTRIES,LATE ENTRIES AND ON DAY ENTRIES
Online entries will close 6pm Friday 18th September 2020 at 6pm
Limited late entries will be available during the following times from the race venue:
Saturday 19thSeptember 20201pm-4pm (Mornington Park)
Sunday 20thSeptember 2020 (30 mins before each race start time)
COURSE
The course is held on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, along the esplanade from mornington heading towards Mount Martha. The Esplanade has only half of the road closed for the event being the beachside to all traffic, whilst maintaining traffic flow on the other side of road at speed of 40km per hour. No dogs, bikes, scooters or rollerblades are allowed on course for safety reasons.

BIB COLLECTION
Each competitor will be given a timing device built within their race bib which will record their time on the day.
Bibs/race numbers will be required to be picked up between the following times:
- Saturday 19th September 1.00pm-4.00pm (during Mornington Health & Lifestyle Expo)
- Sunday 20th September 30mins before race start
- OR have your bib mailed to you as per information on registration document. (only for people that paid for option at least 3 weeks prior to event date) Competitors can also collect friends/family race bib. Please ensure you know the name, age category and race distance of the participant you are picking up for.
BIKE PARKING
Bike parking will be available at the event site. It’s a great way to warm up! Please bring your own lock.
TOILETS
Public toilet blocks and portable toilets will be located at the event site at Mornington Park. There are also public toilet blocks on the course, which will be sign posted. FIRST AID St John First Aid will be located at the finish line, and on the course. If you require first aid assistance on the course, please notify a drink station attendant, course marshal or a course bike rider who will be able to radio for help. St John bike crews will also be roaming the course.
CLOTHING BAG AREA
A Clothing bag drop area will be located in the event site for storage of your clothing during the run/ walk. Please do not place any valuables in the clothing bags, as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
DRINKS ON COURSE
Water and Sports Drink (32GI) will be on course approximately every 2.5km and at the finish line. Refreshments will also be supplied at the finish line for all competitors.
COURSE CONTINGENCY
Event People reserves the right to alter the course, start time and/or race format without notice because of circumstances outside the control of the organiser and under the direction of sponsors, councils, police or other organisations that are associated with the event.
TIMING and RESULTS
Each competitor will be given a timing device built within their race bib which will record their time on the day. Ensure you cross finish line timing mats to record your race time. Results will be posted here.
ENTRY CHANGES
Please notify us of any distance changes you wish to make prior to participating. Failure to notify us of changes will lead to delays in the results and on-day presentations. Read more on changing or withdrawing from events.
